Our Community Service Centre in Bournemouth is currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team and provide support to our Service Users.

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to help us improve people’s quality of life and independence daily. Our services enable people to remain in their homes, preventing unnecessary hospital stays, and supporting the NHS in delivering frontline care where it is most needed.
Our Customer Service Advisors play a vital role in our service's success. Responsibilities include arranging equipment deliveries and collections with service users, answering inbound calls from Service Users and Occupational Therapists, and liaising with Community Equipment Technicians to ensure smooth service operation.
This role requires strong computer skills and prior experience in customer service roles.
Our Service Centre is based in Bournemouth, serving service users across various locations in the area.
