We are delighted to partner with our successful, professional, and friendly client to recruit a full-time Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Bolton. This office-based role offers an excellent opportunity within a reputable insurance/financial services company.

Role Details:

  • Full-time, permanent
  • Monday-Friday, 0900-1700 (37.5 hours/week, 30 min lunch)
  • Location: Bolton - modern offices, accessible by public transport and parking available

Salary and Benefits:

The Role - Customer Service Advisor

This role involves a mix of phone-based customer service and administrative tasks in a busy, friendly environment within an expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and resolve customer queries via phone and email
  • Manage policy administration
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and convert to policies where possible
  • Ensure customer satisfaction exceeds expectations
