* Position: Customer Service Advisor
* Location: Billericay Essex
* Up to GBP13,750 + Benefits
* Part-Time (20 hours per week), Two shifts available: 09:00-13:00 or 11:00-15:00 (Monday to Friday)

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Essex on a part-time basis. This role involves scheduling appointments, liaising with clients and subcontractors to meet Service Level Agreements, and ensuring materials are ready for appointments. Who are you?

* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Strong administration, organisational & communication skills
* Experience in repairs & maintenance or trade-based background
* What are you going to do?
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and supervisors to schedule appointments.
* Ensure Service Level Agreements are met.
* Liaise with supervisory teams and buyers to ensure materials are ready.
* Use the MSi system to schedule operatives and subcontractors.
* Discuss complex repairs and deal with demanding customers.
