Part-Time Customer Service Advisor - Basildon

Position Details:

• Part-Time (20 hours per week), with two available shifts: 09:00-13:00 or 11:00-15:00 (Monday to Friday)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Basildon on a part-time basis. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, liaising with clients and subcontractors to meet Service Level Agreements, preparing materials for appointments, and handling complex repairs and customer service issues. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic and growing team.

Candidate Requirements:

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills
• Experience in repairs & maintenance or a trade-based background

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and supervisors to schedule appointments
• Ensure Service Level Agreements are met
• Coordinate with supervisory teams and buyers to ensure materials are ready
• Use the MSi system to schedule operatives and subcontractors
• Discuss complex repairs and manage demanding customers
