Job summary

Halfords is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our Garage Services team at a Fusion centre. You’ll welcome customers, book jobs in-house, and discuss any technical concerns they may have with a base salary and an uncapped bonus scheme.

This part-time role is 26 hours per week across three days, with benefits including 5.6 weeks’ annual leave, staff discounts, a pension scheme and health-related perks. Opportunities to progress are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• IT literate and comfortable with in-house systems.
• Ability to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly.
• Experience working towards and achieving targets.
• Ideally, experience in an Autocentre environment.
• Must have a full driving licence with fewer than 9 points.

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming face for customers and book jobs in the in-house system.
• Discuss any technical concerns customers may have and provide guidance.
• Work as part of the Halfords Garage Services team to deliver great service.

Job description

• On-target earnings up to £21,626
• Comprising a base salary of £18,205 - £20,126
• An uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £1500 per year.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the welcoming face for our customers, handling job bookings in our in-house system and discussing any technical concerns they may have.
