The role offers a generous on-target earnings up to £45,422, base £33,481–£36,322, and an uncapped bonus, with strong progression and hybrid training schemes.

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll work alongside the Centre Manager, to provide productive management and leadership, driving profitability, with firm focus on the customers journey. Ideally you will have had previous hands‑on experience as a mechanic as you will be dividing your time between the workshop, working alongside the technicians, and assisting the Centre Manager with daily sales and customer service.

• On-target earnings up to £45,422 per annum
• Comprising a base salary of £33,481 - £36,322
• An uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £9,100 per year.
• 5 days a week ( This centre is closed on Sundays )

Skills and experience

• Experience / Ability to deliver high customer satisfaction and experience through effective management
• Experience / Ability to deliver coaching/training in the moment to colleagues
• Experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety
• Excellent communication skills, verbally and written
• IT Proficient, with the willingness to learn in-house systems
• A current valid driving licence
