Job summary

Halfords in Wolverhampton is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to greet customers, book jobs in our in-house system and discuss any technical concerns.

This full-time role offers a base salary of £29,310 to £32,240 with an uncapped monthly bonus averaging about £2,200 per year, plus benefits and a generous leave entitlement.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• IT literate and comfortable with in-house systems.
• Able to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly.
• Experience working towards and achieving targets.
• Ideally, experience in an Autocentre environment.
• Must have a full driving licence with few points for vehicle collection/delivery.
