We are looking for well-organised individuals to join the Customer Service Unit to ensure effective customer service is provided to our stakeholders and customers.
Responsibilities include working as part of a multi-functional Customer Service Team to deliver high-quality, customer-focused services across various channels, including telephone, face-to-face, and electronic methods.
Applicants must have experience in a customer service role, dealing with the public and supporting a range of duties. Proficiency with software such as Microsoft Outlook and databases is essential. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards is required, along with strong organisational, customer care, and communication skills.
Desirable qualifications include an SVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent.
An assessment centre will be held at Renfrewshire House for shortlisted candidates.
