Job Description:

Culina Logistics has a new opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join our friendly team. The Customer Service Administrator will support the day-to-day administration of Customer Services, offering outstanding contract support and customer service in a fast-paced, friendly environment, providing a professional and dedicated service.

Salary: £26,035.50 per annum.

Working hours: Various daytime shifts, 06:00 - 18:00

Key Duties of a Customer Service Administrator:

  • Answering calls for both internal and external personnel.
  • Problem solving for clients, customers, and internal departments.
  • Meeting customer and client expectations.
  • Resolving customer and client queries.
  • Collating accurate information for client KPI packs and internal business reporting.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer/client focus.
  • Providing various reports for clients in a timely manner.
  • Checking PODs have cleared on the system, investigating, and clearing unallocated PODs.
  • Chasing outstanding PODs from hauliers, depots, etc.
  • Ensuring the completion and circulation of reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Performing other administration tasks as determined by the Customer Service Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Flexibility is essential as shift patterns may change based on business needs.
  • Previous experience is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good geographical knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; SAP experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills for delivering accurate information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Conscientious, reliable, and adaptable attitude.
