The Role:
  1. Liaise with internal and external parties - first point of contact for clients
  2. Update and ensure all supporting documentation is maintained
  3. Oversee management of annual reviews and portfolio reviews
  4. Prepare platform withdrawals, fund switches, and transactions for approval
  5. Respond to customer queries with standard letters or draft relevant responses
The Ideal Candidate:
  1. 2+ years experience at an IFA Practice (Highly Desirable)
  2. Experience in Financial Services (Essential)
  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  4. Professional presentation
  5. Long-term commitment to a client services role
