Job summary

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is seeking a Customer Service Administrator for our Dagenham site on a full-time, permanent basis. You will support day-to-day customer service administration, including contract support, responding to emails, and SAP order entry.

Working hours are 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday, with a salary of £28,000 per annum. Join a site culture focused on customer service and continuous improvement within logistics.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering an exceptional customer service experience.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good geographical knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience with SAP.
• Excellent communication skills to deliver accurate information.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answering emails for internal and external personnel.
• Problem solving for client, customer and internal departments.
• Meeting customer and client expectations.
• Resolving customer and client queries.
• Order keying on SAP.
• Maintain a high level of customer/ client focus.
• Provide various reports for clients in a timely manner.
• ATP control for Order releasing.
• Ensure the completion and circulation of reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Other administration tasks as determined by the Customer Service Manager.
