Job summary

Castelan Group in Weston-Super-Mare is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our friendly Contact Centre. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling genuine enquiries with calm professionalism, and providing support throughout the claims journey.

There is no cold calling or sales targets; full training is provided. The role offers a Monday to Friday schedule, benefits include pension, 23 days + bank holidays, and free on-site parking.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer calls and provide a professional, helpful service.
Support customers at the beginning of their claims journey.
Arrange appointments with our nationwide network of technicians.
Update customer records and complete administrative tasks accurately.
Work closely with colleagues across the Claims Department.
Help ensure every customer interaction is efficient, positive, and reassuring.
