Job summary

Castelan is recruiting a Customer Service Administrator to join our Weston-super-Mare head office in the UK. This role focuses on supporting customers with genuine enquiries and coordinating with our nationwide technician network. There is full training and a supportive team environment.

Working Monday to Friday, you will engage with customers, update records, and contribute to a positive, reassuring service experience across the claims journey.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls with a professional, friendly approach.
• Support customers at the start of their claims journey.
• Arrange appointments with our nationwide network of technicians.
• Update customer records and complete administrative tasks accurately.
• Work closely with colleagues across the Claims Department.
• Ensure every customer interaction is efficient, positive and reassuring.
