Customer Service Administrator

As a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll play a key role in the office department, dealing with all customer returns and working closely with the Sales team. With a clear pathway for progression, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and grow into a stable role.

You’ll be responsible for providing essential administrative support to the Customer Service department.

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Administrator:
  • Dealing with customer returns & insurance claims
  • Supporting Sales with courier delivery discrepancies
  • Handling Customer Enquiries – Providing product samples, information, and quotations
  • Supporting the General Manager in various sales activities to maximise opportunities
  • Managing Customer Complaints – Ensuring timely resolution in coordination with QA
Experience required:
  • Working in an office environment
  • Dealing with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills for cross-department liaison
  • Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills
