Customer Service Administrator | £25,000 | Permanent | Verwood

As a Customer Service Administrator , you'll play a key role in the office department , dealing with all customer returns and working closely with the Sales team . With a clear pathway for progression, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and grow into a stable role.

You'll be responsible for providing essential administrative support to the Customer Service department.

As a Customer Service Administrator you'll benefit from:

As a Customer Service Administrator , your responsibilities will include:

* General office administrative duties

* Dealing with customers returns & insurance claims

* Supporting Sales with courier delivery discrepancies

* Customer Enquiries - Providing customers with product samples, product information and quotations

* Supporting the General Manager in various sales activities to maximise sales opportunities

* Customer Complaints - Support the process of customer complaint handling by ensuring that complaints are handled in a timely fashion by QA

As a Customer Service Administrator , you'll have experience:

* Working in an office environment

* Dealing with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

* Strong communication skills to liaise across departments

* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
