Customer Service Administrator

Location: Wheathampstead, Hertfordshire

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm)

Responsibilities:
  • Communicating with customers via phone and email to check orders and provide support
  • Preparing for meetings and events, including creating presentation materials
  • Updating administrative systems and customer records
  • Supporting the sales team with daily tasks and projects
  • Chasing product samples, checking pricing, and coordinating with other departments
  • Attending occasional events and exhibitions
What we’re looking for:
  • Friendly, confident communicator comfortable speaking with customers and team members
  • Highly organised and proactive with good attention to detail
  • Proficient in IT systems and capable of managing multiple tasks
  • A team player willing to get involved
  • Driving license or willingness to learn; occasional travel may be required
