A well-established organisation currently based in High Wycombe but moving to Princes Risborough in Summer '25.

Your new role

As the Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are satisfied in a timely and efficient manner, that stock availability is maximised by controlling customer balances according to set targets, and to effectively perform daily administration duties.

  • Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and e-mail.
  • Processing customer orders and monitoring stock levels.
  • Managing core customer data.
  • Reviewing wash plans daily and maintaining order changes for planning.
  • Demand and supply planning.
  • Resolving depot errors and correcting systems and reports.
  • Reconciliation of depot recollection variances.
  • Balancing customer orders across wash depots for efficient order fulfilment.
  • Handling customer complaints.
  • Processing Process 901 recollection entries on SAP daily for relevant wash depots.
  • Maintaining and issuing internal reports weekly and monthly.
  • Booking transport as required.
  • Undertaking any duties commensurate with the level and expectations of this post, with tasks varying to meet changing service requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience in the food / fresh produce industry or retail sector.
  • Customer Service / Client-facing background.
  • Knowledge of SAP preferred.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office products (Excel / Word / Outlook) at an intermediate level.
  • Ability to develop strong customer relationships and handle difficult situations.
  • Proficient IT skills, especially MS Excel.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Well-organized with a methodical approach and attention to detail.
