Personnel Solutions (Midlands) Limited in Birmingham is recruiting ongoing Customer Service Agent roles to start in November 2026. You will manage incoming enquiries by phone and email, perform data entry, and maintain accurate records in our database.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm with a 30-minute lunch. This is an ongoing temporary role likely to run for at least six months, offering growth in communication and problem-solving within a busy team environment.

Competenze

• Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred.
• Accurate data entry with attention to detail required.
• Strong interpersonal and clear communication skills essential.
• Upselling or sales support experience is advantageous but not required.
