Job summary

Johnsons Workwear is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to act as the office-based link between customers and the business. You will respond to enquiries, resolve issues, maintain accurate records and ensure a high standard of customer care.

You will support day-to-day management of customer accounts, handle calls, process documents, and assist the Customer Service Executives to help drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Proficient in basic office software and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls in line with schedules and service standards.
• Process documentation accurately and maintain files according to procedures.
• Identify opportunities within the customer base and arrange appointments as appropriate.
• Action messages and customer requests promptly and accurately.
• Provide administrative support to Customer Service Executives.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties to support the wider team.
