ReQuire Consultancy LTD is seeking a Customer Account Manager to act as the trusted point of contact for customers, supporting projects from enquiry to delivery. This permanent, full-time role is based in an office near Salisbury and offers full product training and a supportive team environment.
You will handle enquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate orders and nurture long-term relationships while collaborating with engineers and suppliers to ensure top-tier service.

This isn't a cold calling or business development role. Instead, you'll work closely with existing customers, providing advice, preparing quotations, coordinating orders and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional level of service.

You'll become a key member of the customer service team, supporting customers throughout the order journey and ensuring projects run smoothly from enquiry through to delivery.

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
A full UK driving licence is required.
Experience within customer service, customer account management, quotations, order processing, sales support or commercial administration would all be highly relevant.
