Qualifications

• Experience in a Customer Services Account Manager or Senior Customer Service role.
• Background in manufacturing, engineering or technical environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Proficient IT skills with Excel and ERP/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and building strong client relationships.
