About Our Client

The client we are currently representing is a large-scale & reputable manufacturer that operates alongside a number of subsidiaries across the UK & Europe, and supplies directly to numerous third-party handlers as well as large household-name brands.

Job Description

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at all levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Conduct detailed needs analyses to understand customer pain points and align solutions accordingly.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase software capabilities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including customer support and product development, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Onboard new accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments for the External Sales team.
  • Identify opportunities for introducing new products to drive revenue.
  • Share best practices with the team and contribute to overall performance improvement.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Experience within the industrial manufacturing field and/or account management experience.
  • CRM relationship software experience.
  • SAP experience, if necessary.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • An energetic and positive attitude towards work.
  • A strong desire to learn and develop, using creative thinking and adaptability to new working methods.
  • Organized and numerate, with an eye for detail.
