Job Description: Are you passionate about customer service and eager to make a significant impact in a dynamic logistics company? We are seeking a Customer Service Account Handler at our Wakefield depot. In this role, you will work closely with our customers to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers and depots to ensure the smooth running of operations.
• Coordinate daily service reports using various internal and external IT systems.
• Process customer invoices and input invoice data into multiple systems.
• Manage customer relationships and handle administrative duties, including responding to queries via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
• Produce KPIs and daily statistics.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer queries, assisting drivers and internal teams. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential.
• This new position offers the opportunity to develop and shape the role.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong communication skills at all levels.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
