Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service

Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Location: Leicester - Hybrid

Salary: £23,810 - £25,500

Role: Customer Service Advisor (non-food)

You will:

  • Manage a volume of product lines within set timeframes to meet client milestones.
  • Provide non-technical operational support to internal departments, suppliers, clients, and external bodies via email and telephone.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure the success and development of a global contract, taking on additional clients and projects as gained.
  • Follow up on sales inquiries, liaise with team leaders and advisors to issue quotations, and record all actions and communications in Salesforce.
  • Manage multiple email inboxes and telephone calls.
  • Handle PO chasing, invoicing for completed products, and financial reporting.
Skills & Knowledge
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work proactively within defined processes and deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Ability to build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly organized, practical, and proactive
  • Methodical and structured approach to managing high volumes of products
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Positive work ethic and a can-do attitude
Qualifications
  • Minimum qualification: A Level (or equivalent)
