Job description

An established national business is looking for an experienced Customer Sales & Support Advisor to join its expanding Customer Sales and Support Team.

Due to strong growth over the last year, and continued high levels of demand, they are looking to bring on board new Sales Executives and Account Managers for their team. The Sales Executives will have a new business focus, making outbound calls to drive new client acquisition. Account Managers will be tasked with account management for a portfolio of existing clients, and will focus on customer care, issue resolution and upselling to retain clients and maximise revenue.

You will receive a salary of £25,000 to £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Commission/bonus available, plus full training, admin support, access to leads/data, incentives and other perks.

As Customer Sales & Support Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

- Driving business from new and/or existing clients
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships
- Achieving targets and goals set by the company
- Using an in-house database to record all activity
- Conducting a needs analysis with clients to understand their requirements and provide a recommendation/quote
- Closing deals
- Making 30-50 outbound calls a day

We’re looking for a Customer Sales & Support Advisor with:

- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving targets (can be telephone or face to face).
- Customer liaison/Customer service experience (must be comfortable with Upselling/working to targets
- Strong communication skills to engage potential and/or customers effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Attention to detail
- Accurate data entry skills
- Ambition and drive!

You will be working Monday-Friday, day shifts. The role is office- based in Tamworth.
