Job summary

TXM Recruit is recruiting on behalf of a leading engineering and manufacturing business for a Customer & Sales Operations Team Leader to join their team in Saffron Walden. You will own the end-to-end customer order process, ensuring orders are entered accurately and promptly and that product data is correct.

The role sits within the Sales & Customer Operations function, focusing on delivering a responsive, commercially focused service and driving continuous improvement across ERP and CRM

Qualifications

• Experience leading a customer service, sales operations or order management team.
• Experience using ERP and CRM systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing KPIs, workloads and team performance.
• Experience improving processes across departments or sites.
• Customer-focused and commercially aware.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the Sales & Customer Operations team.
• Set objectives, priorities and performance standards.
• Own the end-to-end customer order process and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain high standards of ERP and CRM data.
• Support Sales with enquiries, quotations and opportunities.
• Monitor quotations and support account retention and growth.
