CMD Recruitment is seeking a Customer & Sales Coordinator in Melksham, Wiltshire. The role is permanent and 100% office-based, with a salary up to 28,000 per annum plus benefits. You will handle orders, respond to customer enquiries and support the sales team with administration.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration, customer service or order processing.
• Organised and proactive with multitasking in a busy sales environment.
• Excellent communication via phone and email.
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders across email, phone, web and other channels.
• Respond to enquiries and provide professional customer service.
• Support the sales team with administration and order processing.
• Manage pro forma invoices, follow up payments, and process credits/replacements.
• Keep CRM and customer records up to date.
• Set up new customer accounts and perform credit checks.
• Coordinate with warehouse to dispatch orders on time.
