Job summary

mydentist in Ramsgate is seeking a Customer Sales Coordinator to attract and convert enquiries, guiding patients through private options and their journey.

You will work three days a week (Mon, Wed, Thu) from 8am to 8pm, with flexibility for evenings and weekends. Home working is not available; join a practice-based team with supportive colleagues.

• Able to initiate conversations with prospective customers.

Responsibilities

• Attracting and managing enquiries via digital marketing, social media, and events.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance.
• Support patients through their treatment journey.

• Work closely with dentists to grow their private patient numbers.

Your Future, as a Customer Sales Coordinator at mydentistYou’ll be joining us at our Hereson Rd dental practice in Ramsgate, CT11 7ET.As a Customer Sales Coordinator, you will be creating and converting opportunities, supporting customers to understand the private options available and facilitating their patient journey.The working pattern for this role will be 3 days per week - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday with shifts ranging from 8am to 8pm plus flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
