Job summary

mydentist Coventry Practice is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our large, modern 16-surgery practice. You’ll attract and manage enquiries, help patients understand private treatment options, and guide them through their journey from first contact to booking.

This full-time, on-site role runs Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays, offers a quarterly sales bonus, holidays rising to 30 days, health and wellbeing support, staff discounts and training to develop your career within a

• Able to initiate conversations with prospective customers.
• Ability to generate and convert sales opportunities.
• Confidence using all social platforms.
• Great at building relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using computer systems (training provided)
• Possesses initiative and can prioritise own workload
• Demonstrates a passion for delivering excellent commercial results

• Attracting and managing enquiries via digital marketing, social media, and events
• Monitor and report on marketing performance
• Support patients through their treatment journey
• Promote private dental options and convert enquiries into sales
• Working towards targets and KPI’s to achieve commercial results
• Work closely with dentists to grow their private patient numbers

Your Future, as a Treatment Coordinator at mydentist

You’ll be joining us at our large Coventry Practice.As a Customer Sales Coordinator, you will be creating and converting opportunities, supporting customers to understand the private options available and facilitating their patient journey. Working within a modern 16-surgery practice, refurbished in 2024, you’ll benefit from excellent transport links, free on-site parking and a dedicated mobile phone and laptop.

The working pattern for this role will be full-time, working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm, plus two Saturdays per month from 9:30am to 4:30pm. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends will also be required to support practice events and business needs. This is a practice-based position, with some attendance at events; please note home working is not possible.
