Job summary

mydentist in Baldock is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to attract and convert enquiries, support patients through their treatment journey, and promote private dental options. You will monitor marketing performance, work towards targets, and collaborate closely with dentists to grow the private patient base.

The role is full-time, on-site, with generous holiday entitlement, a quarterly bonus, and development opportunities in a supportive team environment.

Your Future, as a Treatment Coordinator at mydentistYou’ll be joining us at our Baldock dental practice in 16a Whitehorse Street, Baldock, Herts, SG7 6QN. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be creating and converting opportunities, supporting customers to understand the private options available and facilitating their patient journey.The working pattern for this role will be full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8:30am and 5:30pm. This is a practice-based position, and please note that home working is not possible.
