Job summary

mydentist Coventry Practice is seeking a Customer Sales Coordinator to attract and convert customer enquiries, support patients in understanding private options, and guide their treatment journey through a modern 16-surgery setting refurbished in 2024.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:30pm, with two Saturdays per month (9:30am–4:30pm) and occasional evenings. Home working is not available; parking and transport links are provided.

Qualifications

• Able to initiate conversations with prospective customers.
• Able to generate and convert sales opportunities.
• Confident using social platforms for outreach.
• Great at building relationships with patients and clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using computer systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Attract and manage enquiries via digital marketing, social media, and events.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance.
• Support patients through their treatment journey.
• Promote private dental options and convert enquiries into sales.
• Work towards targets and KPI to achieve commercial results.
• Collaborate with dentists to grow private patient numbers.

Your Future, as a Treatment Coordinator at mydentistYou’ll be joining us at our large Coventry Practice. As a Customer Sales Coordinator, you will be creating and converting opportunities, supporting customers to understand the private options available and facilitating their patient journey. Working within a modern 16-surgery practice, refurbished in 2024, you'll benefit from excellent transport links, free on-site parking and a dedicated mobile phone and laptop.The working pattern for this role will be full-time, working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm, plus two Saturdays per month from 9:30am to 4:30pm. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends will also be required to support practice events and business needs.
