Position Overview

As a Customer Sales Agent, you will be responsible for developing relationships with potential clients and promoting our products / services through various direct face to face platforms. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by communicating our value proposition, understanding customer needs, and providing high-quality solutions tailored to their specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Collaborate with the consulting team to create proposals and pitch presentations
• Act as a brand ambassador for the company and promote our services at industry events and conferences
• Keep track of sales activities and report on progress and achievements
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies
