Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales and helping businesses save money? We’re looking for driven individuals to join our EDF outbound sales team, supporting small to medium-sized businesses in reducing their gas and electricity costs.

Job Description:

What you’ll be doing:

  • Making outbound B2B sales calls (90% cold leads, 10% warm leads) using a dialler system.
  • Building strong relationships and a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Providing competitive quotes for dual fuel (gas and electricity) packages.
  • Explaining terms and conditions clearly and professionally.
  • Taking direct debit details and completing the sale process.
  • Checking credit scores via Experian and verifying meter compatibility.
  • Following a scripted, FCA-regulated sales pitch.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in outbound sales or a similar target-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
  • Confidence in handling objections and closing sales.
  • A proactive, resilient attitude and a team-player mindset.
