Job summary

Halfords in Widnes is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant to help customers and demonstrate our products and fitting services.

You will deliver great customer service, learn product knowledge through extensive training, and support colleagues across the store while working on a rota that includes weekends. The role offers training and opportunities to progress within the Group.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service in a retail environment.
• Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Availability to work on a rota, including weekends.
• Experience towards and achieving sales targets is a plus.

Ideally, you already have Retail sales experience but if you’ve worked in another customer focused sales environment, we’re likely to be a great fit for each other.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment

• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends
• Ideally, some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets
