Job summary

Halfords in Northwich is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver great customer service and guide customers through product choices. You will learn about our products and fitting services while working to meet sales targets and deliver a positive shopping experience.

The role requires flexibility for weekends and a proactive attitude to help customers, with full training provided to build product knowledge and selling skills.

Qualifications

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
• A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
• Ideally, some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets.
