Job summary

Halfords in Cheltenham is seeking a part-time retail colleague to deliver friendly customer service and assist customers with a range of motoring and cycling products. You will learn product knowledge and how to demonstrate services, including fitting where applicable.

The role involves working a rota, including weekends, with training and career progression supported across the Halfords Group.

• Experience delivering great customer service in retail or customer-focused sales environments.
• Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding needs.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
• Ideal if you have worked toward and achieved sales targets.

Ideally, you already have Retail sales experience but if you’ve worked in another customer focused sales environment, we’re likely to be a great fit for each other.

To be successful in this role you will need:
