Job summary

Halfords in Maidstone is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to support customers in-store, learn our product range and help with fitting services. This role suits someone who thrives on helping customers and working as part of a busy team.

You will deliver friendly service, understand customer needs and contribute to achieving sales targets, while benefiting from comprehensive training and career development opportunities within Halfords.

Ideally, you already have Retail sales experience but if you’ve worked in another customer focused sales environment, we’re likely to be a great fit for each other.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment

• Ideally, some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets
