Job summary

Halfords in Belfast is hiring for a part-time role in our Connswater Retail Park. You’ll deliver great customer service, demonstrate products, and learn our fitting services while working a rota that includes weekends.

We provide product knowledge training to help you wow every customer and develop your career within the Group. The role suits those with retail sales experience or customer-focused sales background, with ongoing training and progression opportunities across Halfords.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
• Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
• Ideally some experience of working toward sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Learn to demonstrate and explain Halfords products and the practical aspects of fitting services.
• Provide quick and efficient service to customers and upskill through training.
• Contribute to achieving store targets and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Ideally, you already have Retail sales experience but if you’ve worked in another customer focused sales environment, we’re likely to be a great fit for each other.

To be successful in this role you will need:
