Job summary

Halfords is seeking a part-time Retail Associate at Erdington, West Midlands. The role requires delivering great customer service, suggesting products and services, and helping customers with fitting services as needed.

You’ll receive product knowledge training and opportunities for career progression within the Group, with a focus on retail excellence and a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
• Availability to work on a rota, including weekends.
• Ideally, some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets.

Ideally, you already have Retail sales experience but if you’ve worked in another customer focused sales environment, we’re likely to be a great fit for each other.
