Job summary

Halfords in Craigavon is looking for a customer-focused Retail Colleagues to join on a part-time, 12-hour weekly basis. You’ll help customers, explain products and services, and learn our stock and fitting services.

You should have experience in retail or a customer-facing sales role, be available at weekends, and enjoy working at a fast pace. We offer training, employee discounts, and opportunities to grow within the group.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service in a retail sales environment.
• Proactive in helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Willing to work on a rota basis, including weekends.

Ideally, you already have Retail sales experience but if you’ve worked in another customer focused sales environment, we’re likely to be a great fit for each other.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment
• A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends
• Ideally, some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets
