BioTalent is partnering with an innovative, temperature-controlled logistics solutions company to find an ambitious Customer Relationship Manager to join their dynamic and growing Customer Services team.

This is an exciting opportunity with a company on the verge of significant growth due to an expanding sales pipeline, offering the chance to work with a growing network of life-science customers and clients.

This role will offer you

• A position within a dynamic and rapidly expanding Customer Services department

• Exposure to senior management, working closely with sales and cross-functionally to meet client needs

You will be responsible for

• Managing and building strong relationships with key customers and clients
• Conducting business reviews to ensure client satisfaction with services and products
• Collaborating with the sales team—sharing leads and sales opportunities to expand business with key clients
• Understanding client tariffs and handling quotations, pricing requests, and shipping queries
• Liaising with internal departments to fulfill client needs effectively
• Managing sales orders and invoicing processes
• Supervising and training junior team members

You will bring the following

• Experience in customer service logistics, preferably within pharma (air and road logistics)
• Excellent communication skills and strong self-motivation
• Analytical skills with good numerical and financial understanding
