Role Overview

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic Customer Services team, responsible for managing key customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating with sales and internal departments to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and develop strong relationships with key clients.
  2. Conduct business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction with services and products.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to share leads and identify new sales opportunities.
  4. Handle client inquiries related to tariffs, quotations, pricing, and shipping.
  5. Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client requirements.
  6. Manage sales orders and invoicing processes.
  7. Supervise and train junior team members.
Qualifications and Skills
  1. Experience in customer service logistics, preferably within pharma air and road logistics.
