Job summary

Barchester-Healthcare is recruiting a Customer Relationship Manager to join our care home team in Rayleigh. You will support occupancy growth by handling enquiries, developing the home’s digital profile, and networking with the local community.

Work alongside an experienced management team to drive sales and deliver a first-class resident experience. You will use your sales and marketing expertise to convert enquiries, manage relationships, and contribute to marketing activities to sustain

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Strong interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Confident user of Excel/PowerPoint.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries to improve conversion rates and occupancy targets.
• Maintain excellent communication with residents, relatives and staff.
• Network within the local community to raise home profile and generate enquiries.
• Support local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries and increase occupancy.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance.

We are looking for a professional sales professional who will support this home to increase occupancy. You will deliver a full range of sales and marketing approaches to drive sales including handling enquiries, developing the digital profile of the home and networking with the local community.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets
• Excellent communication skills.

• Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner.
• Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
• Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
• Respond to sales enquiries.
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.
