Customer Service Advisor

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Salary: £12.30 per hour

Location: Northampton - NN5

Responsibilities:

1. Answer incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions, and general client concerns.
2. Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and establish a positive rapport.
3. Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call.
4. Work with the management team to stay informed about product knowledge and company policy changes.
