We have an exciting and rare opportunity to join an attractive medical supply business as a Business Development Manager.

Important Bits

Salary: Up to £38,000 + Commission (OTE £45K-50K Uncapped) + Company Car with Fuel Card

Location: Remote (preferably around Kent area) with travel across South East England

Role Type: Permanent / Full Time

Benefits: 30 days’ annual leave (increases to 33 days with loyalty), annual bonus, 5% pension contributions

The Role: Use a consultative approach to understand client needs, produce quotations, upsell, manage tenders, develop new leads, and maintain existing accounts. Travel to meet clients, pitch services/products, understand buying motivations, upsell, and close deals. Regular service reviews and technical product knowledge are essential. Travel to Lincolnshire for interviews, training, and quarterly meetings (expenses reimbursed).

Role Essentials:

  • Full UK/EU driving license
  • Business development experience (B2B)
  • Face-to-face pitching experience
