Job summary

Latitude Recruitment is seeking a Customer Quality Coordinator for engineering clients near Winchester on a permanent basis. You will coordinate and administer customer complaints, RMAs, product return investigations and customer quality reporting.

You will prepare customer responses, 8D reports and KPI reporting, and coordinate corrective actions to improve customer satisfaction and predict quality. Training is available for the right candidate, with day shifts Monday to Friday on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating customer complaints and RMAs.
• Knowledge of 8D problem solving is preferable.
• Ability to analyze data and generate KPI reports.

Our engineering clients based close to Winchester have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Quality Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis!

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinate and administering customer complaints, return material authorisation (RMA), product return investigations, and customer quality reporting.

The customer quality coordinator will be preparing of customer responses, 8D reports, KPI reporting, and coordination of corrective actions to improve customer satisfaction and predicts quality. Our client is also willing to provide training to the right candidate.
