Inspired Pet Nutrition Ltd is hiring a Customer Services Executive in Thirsk to manage sales orders, communicate with customers, and support Operations and Distribution to ensure timely dispatch. The role emphasizes accurate order processing, proactive information gathering, and effective liaison with internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience, familiarity with sales order processes, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication via email and telephone,

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, transactional process team.
• Previous customer services or customer focus experience.
• Knowledge of sales order processes or transactional processes in ERP/financial software is desirable.
• Proficient with Excel and willing to learn new processes.
• Excellent communicator with internal and external stakeholders by email and phone.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely processing of orders as received following policies and processes.
• Liaising with customers to obtain information required for order processing.
• Assisting Export Coordinator where needed.
• Managing customer queries and order issues through our feedback system.
• Communicating customer and business issues arising during order processing clearly and promptly.
