Career Cross Limited is seeking a Customer Service Executive in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire. You will process customer orders in the ERP system, manage delivery updates and substitutions, and maintain customer-specific requirements.

The role requires responding to enquiries mainly by email, with some phone interaction. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, experience with ERP systems, excellent organisational skills and confident communication.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail – able to manage complex customer requirements without error.
• Experience using ERP or similar systems with high levels of data accuracy.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Confident communicator, comfortable using both email and phone.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer orders within the ERP system, ensuring all details are correct before submission.
• Manage delivery updates, delays, and substitutions proactively.
• Maintain and manage customer-specific requirements.
• Respond to enquiries (primarily via email, with some phone interaction).
• Confidently speak with customers and suppliers to resolve any queries.
