Job summary

Vinarchy is seeking a Customer Marketing Executive to join the Omnichannel team in the UK. You will support day-to-day requests from the UK Grocery & On-Trade teams and help with Europe Growth Markets.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Category and Finance to activate our brand portfolio in customer outlets. You’ll work closely with the Customer Marketing manager to execute activations, manage artwork briefs, and develop materials for selling to customers.

Responsibilities

• Support the Customer Marketing manager to execute brand activations with customers.
• Brief artwork, provide feedback and manage sign-off with agencies.
• Liaise with Sales to action needs and requests.
• Adapt commercial propositions into customer- and brand-specific presentations.
• Develop activation and NPD sell sheets for sales use.
• Use and maintain budget trackers.
• Manage and update off- and on-trade assets on the DAM.
• Distribute, track and replenish POS items for on/off trade.
• Write copy and proofread PR publications.
• Create POS mock-ups and renders for sell-ins.
• Support the wider Omnichannel team.
• Participate in wider company projects when opportunities arise.

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Marketing Executive to be an integral part of a close-knit Omnichannel team, supporting with day-to-day requests of the UK Grocery & On-Trade teams, as well as getting involved in ad-hoc support for Europe Growth Markets.
You will have the opportunity to work closely alongside the wider Marketing team and have involvement with other business departments such as Category and Finance, understanding how we all work together to activate our portfolio of brands within our customers’ outlets.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting the Customer Marketing manager to execute brand activations with our customers.
• Briefing artwork, providing feedback & managing sign off with both internal & external agency partners.
• Liaising regularly with the Sales team to action needs and requests
• Supporting the adaptation of commercial propositions into customer & brand specific presentations.
• Developing activation & npd sell sheets for sales to use with their customers.
• Utilising and maintaining financial budget trackers
• Managing and updating off & on trade assets on the DAM (internal portal)
• Distributing, tracking and replenishing of any relevant POS items for both on & off trade.
• Writing copy and proofing for PR publications
• Creating POS mock-ups & renders for commercial sell-ins.
• Supporting the wider Omnichannel team
• Opportunities to be involved in wider company projects

What You’ll Bring:

• Degree or equivalent qualification in marketing or business studies or related subjects.

Physical and Other Requirements

• Some business travel may be required from time to time
