You will collaborate with Customer Services, Commercial Strategy, Digital, and Sales to ensure every interaction adds value and delivers measurable commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, customer engagement or marketing automation.
• Experience with customer analytics, segmentation and propensity modelling is beneficial.
• Ability to design personalised customer journeys using data to improve satisfaction and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a comprehensive customer lifecycle marketing strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
• Design and own customer communications across the lifecycle to drive engagement and retention.
• Maximise Customer Lifetime Value by developing programmes to increase retention, adoption and loyalty.
